The newly designed global headquarters of the TUI Group in Hanover is home to 2,800 employees working together under one roof. The 20,000 square metre TUI Campus is now defined by open working environments instead of small offices and narrow corridors.

Team workstations
In 13 shared areas – the "CoAreas" – we have completely redesigned a total of 250 workstations. The "Co" stands for Cooperation, Collaboration and Communication. Here, employees can come together spontaneously to work on projects or exchange ideas.
Individual workstations
In addition, 1500 regular workstations are available on the TUI Campus. Equipped with customised furniture, the individual workstation is a place where concentration is a high priority.
Hubs & intermediate areas
Comfortable armchairs in hubs bring a cosy feeling to the new company headquarters while practical lockers in intermediate zones offer plenty of storage space for personal items.
